How long does it take to prepare and deliver a customised gift?
Most customised gifts take 1–2 days to prepare depending on the design. Delivery time usually ranges from 3–6 business days based on your location.
Do you offer same-day or urgent orders?
Yes, we accept urgent orders for selected products depending on availability. Contact us on Instagram or WhatsApp for quick confirmation.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking link via WhatsApp or email. You can also contact us anytime to check the status.
Customization & Products
What products can I customize?
You can customize chocolate bouquets, ribbon rose bouquets, butterfly bouquets, hijab hampers, men’s hampers, personalised magazines, newspapers, and budget hampers under ₹250.
How do I share photos or details for personalised magazines/newspapers?
After placing your order, you can send photos, messages, Q&A answers, and details through WhatsApp or Instagram DMs. We’ll create a preview before finalizing.
Can I request a custom colour theme or design?
Absolutely! You can choose themes, colours, names, fonts, and overall aesthetic. Every Heartcrafted gift is made according to your preferences.
Payments
What payment methods do you support?
We accept UPI, cards, net banking, and wallet payments through secure payment gateways. For custom orders, advance payment is required.
Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
COD is currently not available due to the personalised nature of our products.
Why do I need to pay in advance?
Since every gift is custom-made and materials are prepared according to your request, advance payment ensures smooth processing and timely delivery.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Can I return or exchange a personalised gift?
Since all Heartcrafted products are custom-made and created uniquely for each customer, returns and exchanges are not available.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled only if work has not started. Once materials are prepared or designing has begun, cancellation isn’t possible.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your product is damaged during delivery, contact us within 24 hours with unboxing photos or videos. We will offer replacement or partial refund based on the issue.
Account & Support
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can order directly. But creating an account helps you track orders, save details, and access order history easily.
How can I contact customer support?
You can reach us via WhatsApp, Instagram, or through the Contact Us page on our website. We respond quickly to all queries.
How do you protect my data?
We store only necessary information required for delivery and order updates. Your data is never shared with third parties.
